RETURN / REFUND POLICY

At Chartfords Inc we aim to always to satisfy our customers. We are confident that the products will delight you due there exquisite quality.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by email (support@chartfords.com) within 24 hours of receiving the goods. All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received. Please see the foot of this page for contact details.

We guarantee a 14-day return and exchange right to our customers. We can offer you an exchange for another item or return your money to you. This is only valid, if the goods are still in perfect condition on return to us.

If you are not satisfied with a Chartfords Inc item, you may exchange it or request a refund for the cost of the purchased item (s) within 14 days from the day you received the order.

If in the unlikely event that artwork from Chartfords Inc arrives to you damaged, contact us immediately. Our customer support representative will guide you through your options. These may include replacing the damaged work?s (in the case multiple editions) credit another purchase, or a full refund

Please note that you are responsible for checking the parcel for damage before signing the courier documentation. Chartfords Inc takes no responsibility for goods that found to be damaged once the customer has signed for them.

A credit or refund will be completed when the item has been returned to Chartfords Inc. Please inform our customer support representative, via email (support@chartfords.com), before shipping a return in order to get adequate instructions and authorization.

We require that the artwork be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. We also require that the artwork is shipped using UPS, Fed ?EX, TNT, Business post or DHL with fragile notices display on package. You must include the original invoice and Certificates of Authenticity, as the information maybe required for customs purposes.

Please do not send the item(s) back to us, without informing our customer support representative!

The return postage has to be paid by the customer unless it was our shipping error. (We hope you understand that we cannot have 14 days right of exchange and pay for the transport).

If you receive a print that is not one you ordered, you may return your purchase within 14 business days for a full refund.
